  1. Eligibility for Exchanges: We accept exchanges within the first 7 days after the date of your order's delivery.

  2. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we regretfully cannot extend an exchange of any kind.

  3. Unused and Unaltered Products: To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same pristine condition that you received it. Please refrain from using the product if you intend to exchange it.

  4. Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange your purchased item, kindly follow these steps: a. Contact our customer service team within the initial 7-day period from your delivery date, informing them about your exchange request. b. Provide your order details, including the product name, quantity, and any relevant information. c. Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions on returning the item.

  5. Condition of Returned Item: When returning the item for an exchange, ensure it is appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging or suitable packaging to protect the product.

  6. Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the return shipping of the original item and the shipment of the replacement product.

  7. Verification and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, our team will thoroughly inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. Upon verification and approval, we will process the exchange accordingly.

  8. Exchange Options: In case of a successful exchange, we offer the opportunity to select an alternative product of equal or lesser value from our available inventory. If the desired item is of higher value, you will be responsible for covering the price difference.
